We plant potato Ivy around many long planters to dress them up with the brilliant chartreus green Ivy leaves. At the end of the season, the planters are full of potatoes like tubers. Are they edible or poisonous?

The tubers are edible but not very tasty. Most gardeners simply save them for replanting the following year, or collect and give extras away to gardening friends.
