Which is the best month to plan tomatoes.May I use the seeds recovered from a ripe one or which are for sell at the store.

You can plant your tomato seeds in late February. It's best to purchase new seeds each year. Seeds you harvest from ripe tomatoes might not develop fruit similar to the parent because of cross-pollination. The tomatoes will be edible but they may be quite different from the original. I'd start with fresh seeds each year.
