Don't do anything yet. Wait until all danger of frost has passed and your plants begin showing new growth. At that time you can completely remove the winter damage. I suspect that the frost was of short duration and the stems and roots are fine, but the leaves suffered damage from the freezing temperatures. Just exercise some patience and let your plants guide you. When they have recovered from the stress and begin growing again they will be strong enough to endure pruning. Good luck with your landscape!
