Spring flowering bulbs need about 14 weeks of cold treatment so they can develop roots, flowers and foliage. Failing this, they may not grow well. You might be able to get them to grow and bloom if you plant them immediately in containers and set the containers outdoors where it is cold. With any luck at all they will sprout this spring. Hope so!
