We just had a freeze her in Brownsville, Tx. I took precautions and coverd by bottle palms from the trunk. Now that freeze has gone the leaves have turned brown. Should I worry about this? How can I turn the leaves green again?

Frost nipped leaves won't green up again (the cells within the tissues have ruptured) but any new growth should be green. When you see new growth emerging you can safely prune off the winter damage.
