when should I start to plant annuals in a raised bed, in Atlanta Ga?

In Atlanta your average last frost date is about April 10. You can plant cool season annuals in mid- to late-March and warm season annuals after mid-April. By then the soil will have warmed and air temperatures should be pleasant. Good luck with your annuals.
