Between the cool temperatures and the possible wind burn, I'm not surprised the fronds on your majesty palms are looking a little bad. I suspect the roots and the crowns of the plants survived the ordeal so the best you can hope for is new growth. As soon as the plants recover from their shocking trip, they should put out new growth. When that happens, you can remove all the dead foliage. Hope they recover soon!
