I am in Chesapeake, VA (zone 7/8). I would like to plant apple, peach and pear trees this year. When would be the best season, spring or fall?

Spring is an excellent time to plant fruit trees. They are primed to grow vigorously in the spring and should establish their root systems quickly. Enjoy your edible landscape!
