I have a flower that bloos in Dec. spikey leaves and fushia flowers any one know what it is. leaves have razor saw edges. thanks pw

It's really difficult to identify a plant without an opportunity to examine it but I wonder if it is a Lipstick plant? The bright red, tubular flowers of Aeschynanthus pulcher give it the nickname of `Lipstick plant'. You might do a web search to find a picture of this plant and compare it to the one you have.
