How much chilling time do these bulbs reguire: crocus, daffodils, mini iris, snowdrops, grape hyacinth, and lily of the valley?

Your spring flowering bulbs need 12-15 weeks of chilling. The ideal temperature for chilling is 40 degrees, keeping them as close to this temperature as possible. This does not apply to iris or lily of the valley. Neither has a chilling requirement.
