I'm removing an out of ground pool,with stones around it.How can I fix the ground so I can plant grass and flowers again?

I suspect the ground is compacted due to the weight of the pool so you'll want to rototill it up to help loosen the soil. Spread 4-5 inches of organic matter over the area, then till it up to a depth of about 12 inches. Then level the area so it matches the rest of your lawn. You can broadcast your seeds in late March and the lawn should be up and growing in 10-14 days. Good luck with your project!
