When to move a rose bush - Knowledgebase Question

I live in Southern California. My rose bushes are all pruned. When can I move them to another bed in the garden.

The absolute best time to move roses is when they are dormant. However, rose bushes never really go dormant in your gardening region so you can move them anytime during the winter months. Now would be a good time. Enjoy your roses!
