Hello,
My sister is trying to plant a slope in her backyard but is not sure what plants would do well on a slope. Zone 7B, Atlanta, GA with part to full sun. Do you have any suggestions? In addition, do you have any ideas as to what type of plants have been used used in the following garden?

The images on the website include a Japanese maple, lirope, Daphne odora and fountain grass. I can't make out the tree, though. Some other plants to consider growing include climbing hydrangea, columbine, and winterberry. For a really comprehensive guide of what grows best in Georgia, the University of Georgia has a publication with all kinds of ideas. Here's the web address: http://pubs.caes.uga.edu/caesp...

You can download a copy and print it off for future reference. Hope you find it helpful.
