I can supply a list of blue flowering plants but in some of them, it might be closer to purple, violet, magenta or lavender.

Wolfsbane, Blue Star, Aster, Bellflower, Aquilegia, Sea Holly, Eryngium
Gentian, Johnson's Blue Hardy Geranium, Brookside Hardy Geranium, Mrs. Kendal Clark Hardy Geranium, Bearded Iris, Gayfeather, Flax, Blue Lobelia, Lupines, Forget-Me-Not, Russian Sage, Garden Phlox, Balloon Flower, Jacob's Ladder, Meadow Sage Salvia,
Pincushion Flower, Blue Eyed Grass, Veronica, Violet and 'Blue Horizon' flossflower (Ageratum houstonianum).

Orange flowers include Iceland poppy (Papaver nudicaule), 'Klondike' cosmos (Cosmos sulphureus), Asiatic lily, Butterfly weed (Asclepias tuberosa), Red hot poker (Kniphofia), California poppy (Eschscholzia spp.), tufted pansies, Pot marigold (Calendula officinalis).
