can i prune back mexican petunias

Spring is the best time to prune back your Mexican petunias. If you don't prune on an annual basis they tend to become overgrown and woody in the center. Pruning them back each spring renews the plants by encouraging lots of healthy new stems and flowers. Enjoy!
