The botanical name for String-of-Pearls is Senecio rowleyanus. It is sold as a houseplant in most garden centers. If you can't find any locally you might try a websearch for either the plant or seeds for the plant. As a succulent, I suspect it is readily available locally. Best wishes in your search!
