I have a brick ranch style home and am wanting to spruce it up this spring. What are some good plants to plant in front to give it good curb appeal? It has more sun than shade.

How about planting barberry (dwarf kinds are available), nandina, viburnum ('Alfredo Compact Cranberry Bush') which ia a dwarf densely branched shrub with beautiful green foliage which turns deep red in the fall. The compact, rounded form requires no pruning. Tight branch structure looks good in winter. Average mature height - 4'
Average mature spread - 3'. Hope one of these suggestions is just right for your landscape.
