I have a potted azalea, can I transplant in a larger pot to put outside or keep inside. reside in the east valley, chandler, az

You can repot your azalea when it outgrows its current container. Azaleas won't take the summer heat here in the desert. You can set it outside for a month or so, but it will need temperatures no higher than about 80F so take it back indoors when temperatures soar. Or, just grow it indoors where you can control the heat. Enjoy your azalea.
