I PURCHASED OZARK BEAUTY STRAWBERRIES FROM HOME DEPOT AND THEY CAME IN A BAG OF TEN BUT WHEN I OPENED IT THERE WAS ONLY ONE BIG CLUMP OF DIRT/ROOTS. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THIS CLUMP....I DON'T WANT TO DAMAGE THEM?

Sounds like you purchased bare root crowns. You can carefully separate the crowns. Each will have a thickened area (the crown) with roots hanging down. Sometimes it's easier to untangle the roots if you swish the whole mess in a bucket of water. The water will help separate the roots. When you have all the plants separated, plant them in a sunny spot, roots down and crowns just at soil level. When the weather warms the crowns will sprout green leaves.
