If you dig your plants and place them in nursery pots or other containers with good drainage, you can keep them outdoors until the move. During the move keep them protected from sun and wind and when you get to your new place set them in a shady spot until you find the right planting spots. Plant as soon as possible in your new yard and water them well after planting. They should do just fine during the move.
