I live in Central Fl. With this cold weather I have lost all my tropical plants, what should I plant to stand up to this cold weather that we did not have in the past. We have gotten as low as 32. Please help. I like color.

Here is my list of Cold Hardy Small Plants and Shrubs that can take temperatures to at least 28-degrees F.

Alyssum, pansy, baby's breath, petuna, black eyed Susan, calendula, shasta daisy, candytuft, stock, carnation, sea lavender, sweet william, verbena godetia, african lily, lily of the nile, cat's claw, daylilies, liriope. Shrubs include Japanese boxwood, pittosporum, azaleas, firethorn, dwarf hollies, roses, oleander, asparagus fern, hydrangea, and loropetalum.
