No bloom Citrus Trees - Knowledgebase Question

My Citrus trees will not bloom. Test soil shows low nitrogen & phosphus, but I am using citrus tree fertilizer. Have grown them before, Any suggestions? Katrina damaged most of them

Citrus will bloom when they are getting adequate sunshine, are not pruned, and are being fed properly. It may be that your trees were really stressed during the storm and are having trouble recovering. Wish there were some magic formula to share with you, but I'm afraid only time will tell whether or not they can gain enough strength to flower again.
