|I have 16 daylily plants in my garden that I haven't had many problems with until two summers ago. I live in a foresty area in Iowa, where deer roam freely who freely eat my plants! My daylilies get destroyed by the deer and I have no way of stopping them. I have tried many ways to get rid of deer;fencing is stictly forbidden in my area How can I get rid of the destroyed dayliles to detract deer?

|There's not much that is really fool-proof except deer fencing. If you have tried everything else, you may need to plant your daylilies in containers and move them to a protected area at dusk, then move them back out into the open during the day. It may be the only way!
