My creep mytle has not bloomed? I live in N.J.

Crape myrtles bloom on the new growth of the season. As long as your crape myrtle is otherwise healthy, it should put out new growth each spring which will bloom. You might try pruning it back early in the spring to encourage healthy new growth. Hope this does the trick!
