|I have recently gotten my yard ready to plant shrubs but I am not sure when I should plant them.

|Technically, you can plant anytime the ground is not frozen. In your warm summer region you'll want to get your new shrubs into their landscape places before the weather gets too hot. I'd plant anytime between now and the first of April. If you miss that window of opportunity, plant them in October or November. Best wishes with your landscape!
