I planted 10 Ixoras in the front of my house last fall. The frosts of this winter have made them look like they are very dead. Is there any hope of them coming back?

Ixora is frost tender and they probably won't return - unless the roots did not freeze. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 4 weeks before giving up on them. They may sprout once the weather is consistently warm and they recover from the shock. Let's hope for the best!
