I moved from FL to AZ and brought my Areca Palm Tree with me. I noticed

Sounds like fungal diseases to me, but I can't be sure without seeing the plant. You may want to clip a few of the affected leaves and take them to your local cooperative extension office or Master Gardener clinic for positive identification.
