Bird of Paradise can take 3-4 years to establish after being planted so that may explain why yours hasn't bloomed since you planted it. They like lots of sunshine and regular water but no fertilizer. I've also found that the weather can determine whether or not a bird of paradise will bloom. So, some years you may have more flowers than others. Just be a little more patient with your plants. I'm sure they will bloom in the next year or two. When they do, you'll really enjoy them!
