Ten years seems a long time to wait, but Magnolias are famous for being reluctant bloomers. A wait of ten years is normal. The exception is 'Little Gem' magnolia, a smaller form, but it begins blooming just a year after planting. At this point, I can only suggest you feed your magnolia this spring and wait patiently for flowers. Next year should be its year to bloom!
