I have crotons across the front of my house. They
have shed huge amounts of
leaves, I assume, due to
the cold weather. Will
they recover when the weather warms up or have
they croaked?

If the crotons have been planted for several years and are well established there's a good chance they will recover from the damage. I'd prune everything back to encourage healthy new growth. You'll know in a few weeks whether or not the roots remained healthy during the cold spell. If so, you'll see new growth. If not, you may have to replace your crotons. Let's hope for the best!
