Quinalt strawberries are better suited to the cooler summer regions of the U.S. so that may be why yours are not bearing fruit. The University of Georgia recommends the following varieties for your garden: Apollo, Delite, Cardinal, Earliglow, Sunrise, Surecrop. Since you can't change your weather, you may want to replace your Quinalt plants with one more able to tolerate your summer heat. Best wishes with your garden!
