The European White Birch (Betula pendula) is a popular tree that grows in a pyramid shape to about 35' in height. The white bark is lined lightly with black. Often grown in clusters, this tree can form multi-trunks. It is an eye-catcher when designed properly into the garden. Give it full sunshine and it should grow well for you. Spring or fall are both good times to plant landscape trees and shrubs. Enjoy your new trees!
