Thank you for your answer.
However, the cats don't take a poo at our flower bed.
They do it at middle of the lawns of our backyard.
Do you still recommend the method that used a fishing line for me?

Well, stringing nylon line across the lawn, say a 12" - 18" swath along the perimeter, will certainly keep them from accessing your lawn. I think what they are doing is out of the ordinary so you may have to out-think them. Can you place a sprinkler in the general area and turn it on when you see them? Or attach a motion detector to make the sprinkler go on automatically? I know it's frustrating to have them go on your lawn but aside from hosing them down when they show up or stringing nylon line at the edges of the lawn, I'm really at a loss!
