How can I keep bumble bees away from my butterfly bushes? They aren't aggressive towards me but they are scary in groups to my guests.

I'm afraid that any plant that produces enough nectar to attract butterflies will also attract bees. Usually bees are quite busy with their work and won't harm humans or pets unless the bees feel threatened. If you just ignore the bees, they are most likely to ignore you, as well. The only other option is to move your butterfly bush to a different part of the landscape. Wish I had more solutions to share!
