|neighbors grass recently caught fire (barby spark) should it be dug out or just left alone its some type of bermuda green in summer, brown in winter ?

|Depending upon the extent of the fire, the roots may be okay - only the top blades may have burned. You won't know until this spring. If it fails to green up, rake out all the dead grass and overseed. The new grass should sprout in 7-10 days and thicken up when the weather warms this summer.
