|The Farmers Almanac has been in continuous publication for nearly 200 years. The weather predictions are about 80-85 percent accurate. In general, the gardening information and planting dates are reasonably accurate. I think following the advice is worth a try. Many gardeners swear by the advice - perhaps you will too at the end of the gardening season!
