I believe this is a perennial.
What is its botanical name?
Where can I purchase plants?

The problem with common names is that they can refer to different plants, depending upon the region. Euryops is the California Bush Daisy and Erigeron karvinskianus is the Santa Barbara Daisy. Both are commonly called California Daisy. To confuse matters, there's also a Shasta Daisy which is so adapted to the weather that it has become an invasive weed in California. Shasta daisy has white flowers, Euryops has bright yellow flowers, and Erigeron has white flowers. All are perennial plants. If these plants are not available in your local garden center, it's because they are not adapted well to your summer humidity.
