|Lack of sufficient light is what's causing the legginess in your seedlings. You can still plant them, but they may take a little extra time to grow stout and hardy. To avoid this in the future, use artificial light for your seedlings (I use fluorescent shop lights) and keep the source of light only 2-3 inches from the tops of your plants. Keep the lights on 14=16 hours a day.) Best wishes with your transplants.
