I am so devastated--I HAD a large beautiful sago palm--however, it did endure this past cold winter without freeze damange. What is the best procedures to maintain the green productive portion of the plant. Will it ever come back to life??

Only time will tell whether or not your sago can recover. If the center portion of the plant - where the fronds are developed - was not damaged, it will begin to develop new fronds when the weather warms. If it was damaged, I'm afraid the plant is a goner. Let's hope for the best!
