No buds on rose bush - Knowledgebase Question

I purchased 2 rose bushes from Home Depot 11/2009. One bush has 2 buds on it the other doesn't have any yet? What am I doing wrong?

You're probably not doing anything wrong. Roses usually bloom from April through December in our region but our cold and wet winter has slowed many plants down. When the weather warms you should see new growth and flower buds, especially if you prune your roses back right now. Pruning encourages new growth and they will respond with new growth in April and you should see lots of flowers this summer.
