Andromeda (Bog Rosemary), Cornus stolonifera (Shrub Dogwood), Chaenomoles (Flowering Quince), Potentilla fructicosa (Potentilla), Chionanthus, Sambucus canadensis (American Elderberry), Clethra (Summersweet) and Viburnum opulus (Snowball Bush) are your best choices.
