thank you, when is it a good time to reseed an area, that needs help. I have raked the area, and I was thinking of seeding in a couple of weeks, or should I wait until April. Thank you, Jay

Grass seed will germinate in temperatures above 40F but will germinate even faster when air and soil temperatures are warmer. Wait until the trees and shrubs are beginning to flower in your neighborhood and you'll know the soil is warm enough for your grass seeds. Best wishes with your lawn.
