Lots of bugs like vegetable plant leaves and even if they munch a few holes in them, healthy vegetable plants won't mind at all. Just monitor your plants on a daily basis. If you find an insect feasting on a leaf, just pick it off or hose it off your plant. I hesitate to recommend insecticides for a vegetable garden because you'll need insects to visit the flowers in order for them to turn into fruits. So, just watch the plants and squish if necessary. Hope you have a great harvest!
