Crab grass on St Augustine + Shallow root trees. - Knowledgebase Question

I have a St. Augustine lawn in Austin Tx. I also have 3 Arizona Ash trees with very shallow roots. I have crab grass infesting the entire lawn, way to much to pluck by hand. I do not want to use Bonus S because it will harm my trees. Arizona Ash trees are hard enough to keep alive in Austin as it is! I really would like to find a product that would take care of the crab grass.

It's true that broadleaf weed killers can affect tree roots so I'm glad you want to use something safer around your trees. CONCERN Weed Prevention is 100 percent natural corn gluten which is an effective pre emergent and safe to use on your St. Augustine. Apply now before the crabgrass starts to germinate.
