There are a couple of ways to store your herbs. You can simply lay them out on paper towels and let them air dry then crumble and place them in air tight jars or you can freeze small amounts in ice cube trays and keep them frozen until use. Just chop the herbs, place them in the openings in an ice cube tray, add water to each and then freeze. When they are frozen solid transfer them to a sealable plastic bag. When you want herbs, take out a cube and defrost it. Best wishes with your project!
