Fertilizer - Knowledgebase Question

I have bermuda grass in my lawn. Last week I put pre-emergent (0-0-9) to my yard. when I can put the fertilizer on it and what kind of fertilizer?
I live in Dallas, TX. i am planning to grow some nice colorful flowers from Seeds. Suggest me some names and how long that will take to grow from seed>

You can use any brand of fertilizer with a 3-1-2 ratio of NPK. If you want a combination product, Scott's Turf Builder plus 2 is safe for Bermuda lawns.

You can grow Calendula, Nasturtium, Pansy, Dianthus or Pinks, Larkspur,
California poppy, Iceland poppy, Petunias, Snapdragon, and viola from seeds. They will flower in early summer and on into mid-summer.
