You'll need to anchor the fence on top of the wall. There are metal brackets available, which will require drilling into the wall. These are the same types of brackets that are used to place fencing around swimming pools on concrete decks. Home Depot staff can assist you in locating the brackets and appropriate screws.

Some of the best climbing roses for San Diego include the following:
Altissimo Single, Red, Lightly Fragrant; America, Cl. Coral-Pink, Strong Fragrance; Captain Thomas Single, Lemon-Yellow, Fragrant; Casino Yellow. Fragrant;
Dortmund Single, Red with White Eye, Fragrant; Dynamite Red, Light Fragrance;
Eden, Cl. (Pierre de Ronsard) Pink-Cream, Fragrant; Fourth of July Red & White Striped; Iceberg, Cl. White, Fragrant; Joseph's Coat Orange Blend, Light Fragrance;
Parade Bright Pink, Strong Fragrance; Polka Apricot, Fragrant; Sally Holmes Single in Lg. Clusters, Ivory to Pink, Fragrant; Westerland Apricot-Orange, Strong Fragrance.
