I need to find plants that will grow in avery shaded yard. So far no luck, everything I plant dies.

There are a few plants that tolerate shade so give some of these a try:
Achillea millefolium (Yarrow), Justicia carnea (Brazilian Plume), Agapanthus africanus (Lily of the Nile), Leucojum aestivum (Snowflake), Alpinia sp. (Ginger), Linaria maroccana (Toadflax), Lobelia cardinalis (Cardinal Flower), Asparagus densiflorus sprengeri (Asparagus Fern), Malvaviscus arboreius "drummondi" (Turk's Cap), Aquilegia chrysantha hinckleyana ("Texas Gold" Columbine), Odontonema strictum (Firespike), Barleria cristata (Philippine Violet), Pavonia lasiopetala (Rockrose),
Philadelphus sp. (Mock Orange), Coleus hybridus "Burgundy Sun", "Plum Parfait", "Eclipse", "Duck's Foot", Plumbago auriculata (Blue Plumbago), Cooperia pedunculata (Rain Lily), Strobilanthes dyeranus (Persian Shield), Thelypteris normalis (Wood Fern), Crinum, Torenia fournieri (Torenia), Cyrtomium falcatum (Holly Fern), Tradescantia sp.(Spiderwort), Dryopteris erythrosora (Autumn Fern), Zantedeschia aethiopica (Calla Lily), Euphorbia marginata (Snow-on-the-Mountain), Zingaber (Ginger), and Impatiens.
