The tree tomato (Cyphomandra betacea) is also called tamarillo and has as many cultivars as any plant around. Most of them are not named, other than to be labeled tomato tree, so I can't tell you exactly which one you have. When it develops fruits it might be easier to tell. There are some that have red fruits, some with purple fruits and some with yellow fruits. Once it has developed fruit you can do a web search with the color of the fruit and probably come up with its true identity. Wish I could offer more insight!
