After dethatching, do you leave the clumps,or remove them or rake. Or just plant grass seed?

After dethatching you should rake out all the debris, including the clumps, then overseed your lawn. It takes a while to rake everything out but your new grass will establish much faster if it doesn't have to grow through all the debris. Best wishes with your lawn.
